Conditions of Sale

Packing

We normally pack using packing paper and Styrofoam peanuts, sometimes we use good recycled boxes, therefore, printing on boxes, size and number of boxes may vary per order.

Heat Packs

We don't normally use heat packs and therefore they are not included in the shipping charges, we may add them up at your request and charge for it or hold the shipment until temperatures are appropriate, your choice. 

Shipping

We use US Post Service Priority Mail  that normally takes 2 to 3 days. We ship on the Monday or Tuesday after the order has been placed to avoid plants getting stuck during the weekend. 
SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF PLANTS, shipments to Hawaii require a Phytosanitary permit that would be charged separately. 

 

Delivery Schedule

Unless delayed due to weather or postal holidays your order will be processed and shipped on the Monday or Tuesday after the order has been placed to avoid plants getting stuck during the weekend. An email, with tracking number, will be sent the day your order is shipped.

Please insure your spam filters will allow emails from info@plantiolaorquidea.com. 

Tax

Sales Tax will be added to the total wherever is legally required.

 

Returns

Please contact us before returning any shipments. You have 7 days after receiving the package to request a return. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges that will incur when returning any plants. Items returned must arrive in the same manner as they were received.

Photos of Flowers appearing on the website are taken of Orchids which we have grown and flowered. The flower color is depicted as accurately as possible given the inconsistent nature of computer monitors and digital cameras. The colors represented on our website are not always a perfect match but as close as we can make them.
